Veriflow: Supplier Information

Document: Veriflow Supplier Information (section 43(1) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002) · Version: Draft 0.1

Initial issue date: 6 August 2026 · Last reviewed: 6 August 2026 · Review cycle: reviewed annually.

Effective date: To be confirmed.

Applies to: the public Veriflow website at www.veriflow.co.za. It does not cover the Veriflow client platform at veriflowportal.co.za, which is a separate domain reached by logging in and which this page does not describe (see clause 3.5).

1. Who we are

1.1 This website is operated by Veriflow (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2023/584644/07, a private company incorporated in the Republic of South Africa, of 51 Ingersol Road, Lynnwood Glen, Pretoria, 0081, South Africa.

1.2 You can reach us about anything on this page at support@veriflow.co.za or +27 83 209 0827. Our website address is www.veriflow.co.za.

1.3 No status is claimed anywhere on this page. Veriflow holds no registration, licence, accreditation, authorisation, certification or approval from any regulator or standards body in respect of the Services, and does not hold itself out as holding any. Nothing in the Services, and no Result, constitutes legal or compliance advice or a determination that the Client has met any obligation under FICA, the NCA, POPIA or any other law.

1.4 This page is not a contract and does not create contractual obligations. Where it is referenced in an agreement, the agreement governs.

2. What Veriflow offers

2.1 Veriflow supplies identity and business verification services to organisations in South Africa, delivered through a client platform and an application programming interface. Most verifications can be run on their own, and verifications can be chained into a branded onboarding flow, in which the client’s customer completes the whole journey from one link. Each verification is initiated by a client and returns a result to that client. Depending on the verification, a result draws on information from credit bureaux, the CIPC, banks and other established data providers. The individual verifications, and what each one draws on, are described at the verifications page. This is the description required by item (h).

2.2 Veriflow is not registered as a credit bureau under section 43 of the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 and does not conduct business as one. Veriflow does not receive reports of, investigate, compile, maintain, score or issue consumer credit information as defined in section 70(1) of that Act, and reports no information to any registered credit bureau or to the National Credit Register. Where a Result originates from a registered credit bureau, that bureau is and remains the author and issuer of that information and the party to whom the Client's certification of prescribed purpose is given.

2.3 Veriflow publishes this information for transparency.

3. Pricing and how Veriflow sells

3.1 How Veriflow sells. Pricing is put together for each client, not read off a list. A demonstration is arranged; a specialist then prepares a written proposal built around the volumes discussed; and any agreement is signed away from this website. Any price is quoted in writing before an agreement is signed.

3.2 What this website is. It is information about Veriflow’s services and a form for sending us an enquiry. Verified on 6 August 2026: there is no sign-up, no account creation, no payment mechanism and no online contracting of any kind on this website. Nothing on it can be ordered, bought, subscribed to or accepted online, and no control on any page concludes an agreement.

3.3 Why no price appears here. No price is published because nothing can be bought, signed or paid for on this website.

3.4 What would change this. If we ever allow online sign-up, purchase or payment on this website, we will publish full prices here first.

3.5 The client platform is a separate surface. veriflowportal.co.za is a different domain, reached by logging in. Clauses 3.1 to 3.4 describe this website only. This page does not describe that platform and makes no statement about what it does.

4. The section 43(1) items in full

4.1 The table below works through each item of section 43(1) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 in the order the section sets them out. Where the answer is “none” or “does not arise”, that is stated rather than left blank.

4.2 The Act does not permit any of the above to be contracted out of. Section 47 applies the Chapter VII protections irrespective of the legal system applicable to the agreement, and section 48 makes any provision in an agreement that excludes a right provided for in that Chapter null and void. No Veriflow agreement contains, or may contain, a clause purporting to waive these items, deem them received, or substitute a quotation on request for disclosure on the website.

5. Changes to this page

5.1 We update this page whenever a fact on it changes, and it is reviewed annually in any event. The version number and the effective date at the top tell you what you are reading.
